Finding Your Flow With Breastfeeding and Formula
I realize that every woman is different. Some are entirely unbothered, while others find this journey one of the most complicated chapters of motherhood. I’m that woman. I suffered through recurrent milk blebs — think a canker sore on your nip (OUCH!), a baby with a power suck who cluster fed for 10+ hours a day, supply issues, and going back to work with a baby who refused a bottle. Not only that, the cracked, bleeding nipples for weeks, even after multiple visits with a lactation consultant who assured me I was doing everything right. Woah! It’s no wonder eight out of ten women stop breastfeeding before they’re ready. The good news is it truly does get easier, and despite the challenges, baby and I found our flow — ha!

Cherish the little moments
It’s 2 AM, and the whole world is sleeping while you feed your little one. Baby looks up at you, and a little milk dribbles down their cheek as they smile, twirling your hair.
